Updates on the substitute teachers computer porn

Psychoguitarist has an up to date summary which includes the news that the defense attorney claims to be computer illiterate. I'm not clear on who a computer illiterate attorney who agrees to take this case can in any way be considered competent.

One thing that seems not to be mentioned is that one of the little darlings switched on the porn. There is a strong likelihood that this is what happened--and then the adware, malware started popping and the sub did not know how to stop it.

The sub was real stupid to leave the kids alone, but as far as I know it is not a crime.
