Not sure what you mean. Are we sane because we wait around letting Bush/Cheney do the things they have, and we don't start riots down Pennsylvania Ave and set fire to the White House? Which would get us killed, but we should be doing anyway?
I wasn't talking about the rioting, I was talking about the idea that some 19 year old is being appointed as some kind of political leader. It's like they're trying to elect a king or something.
Even when we did riot in the streets when I was 19 (40 years ago) the leaders of those riots were mostly in their mid-20's. The 19 year olds were the ones getting killed, not the ones getting anointed as grand leaders.
