Those homeland security experts

They want to build a wall
that puts US soil containing a university in Brownsville, TX on the Mexican side of the wall.

A university in a metro area, separated from Mexico by a river and sitting between two bridges already loaded with US border and immigration police.

Defer to the experts. Idiots.
